【授课教师简介】沃尔夫冈·卡尔教授（Wolfgang Carl, 1941-)是历史悠久和哲学传统深厚的著名的德国哥廷根大学（Universit？t G？ttingen）德国古典哲学方向的终身讲席教授。该学者早年在当时的海德堡大学师从大哲学家伽达默尔，以及图根哈特、亨里希等大家，以柏拉图的研究取得博士学位（1966），其后又前往牛津大学师从斯特劳森，1972年在哥廷根大学完成教授资格论文。1979年至今为哥廷根大学在德国古典哲学方面的讲席教授。期间曾在牛津，佛罗伦萨、普林斯顿讲学。该学者沿着综合和融合欧洲大陆哲学和英美分析哲学的方向，极大地推进了当前康德哲学的研究，代表作是《康德第一版的纯粹知性概念的演绎(Kants Deduktion der reinen Verstandesbegriffe in der ersten Auflage der Kritik der reinen Vernunft)》（1992）,《沉默的康德（Der schweigende Kant）》（1989），属于德国康德学界重量级人物。其他作品如《涵义和指称：弗雷格和维特根斯坦研究（Sinn und Bedeutung, Studien zu Frege und Wittgenstein）》（1982）， 《弗雷格的涵义和指称理论：他的起源和范围（Frege's Theory of Sense and Reference - Its Origin and Scope）》（1994），以及数十篇国际一流期刊论文。

【课程简介】本课程涉及康德的《纯粹理性批判》的范畴演绎的部分。在康德看来，这些“探究已经耗费我[康德]最多的，但我希望不是徒劳的，努力”（A XVI）。正如人们对纯批的这个枢纽性而又以晦涩著称的章节的各类不同的当代评价看来，他的希望是否落空确实还是一个有争议的问题。本课程将考量其中一些对这个部分的研究(Heidegger, Strawson, Henrich, Kitcher等人）去揭示康德是一个深刻地关联着当代哲学的思想家。本课程将对范畴演绎所要求的一些关键概念进行阐释，比如，直观与概念以及经验与先验的区分，判断概念，演绎概念等。以此为基础，课程将讨论几个康德为了实现他的计划所发展出来的不同论证。本课程在开始的部分应系方的要求还对康德的研究状况进行专门的勾勒，以有助益于中国学人的康德研究。
